This poem shows different perspectives and gives insight on different problems different people go through on a daily basis. It also gives situation-specific advice to help those in need.

To the girl who drowns her pain into the depths of depressing music,

We love you for who you are,

Talk to someone before you’re too sick,

You really are extraordinary and not at all, bizarre

To the boy who held the gun to his head,

Threatening to pull the trigger,

We’d rather listen to you,

than watch you wind up dead,

To the kid who gets bullied at the playground,

Laughed at for his difference,

Don’t let the haters bring you down

Let's celebrate your uniqueness.

To the teenager trying to fit in,

The crowd will fit in with the true you

The validation you seek has always been within,

Be yourself and let the real you shine through

To the popular girl who seems to be perfect,

Her laugh as true as summer dew,

The tears streaming down, everyone neglects.

No one sees the pain she's going through,

In reality, we’re all here for you

We’re here to help you pull through.

For anyone who needs help anywhere anytime,

The number 116 123 is just for you,

Talk it out, no matter how blue,

Just remember, we’re all here for you
