one deep breath in,

fall.

slow exhale,

my heart expanding throughout my body,

vibrations that shake my core,

my heart grows bigger, weightier,

with every beat,

i sink,

slowly.

ripples of fabric surround me, sedative

i lie there,

falling deeper

drowning,

my eyelids heavy,

yet this is a death i don’t mind dying,

a fate i’m willing to accept,

so i drown without sound,

nothing but a sigh.

one deep breath in,

fall.
