As I walked in, I was embraced by the sight of sizzling, puff pancakes emitting steam almost like a breath of a baby dragon. Sunlight peeped through the gleaming, sleek windows indicating it was morning. Warmth of the fluffy pancakes were a perfect fit for a chilly morning. The aroma of sizzling, delicate pancakes enticed my famished, grumbling tummy longing for attention like a whiny child. The lingering smell of hot maple syrup, sweet cream butter, and rich buttermilk, all sitting on a wonderful base of a luscious vanilla pancake teased my stomach.

In a hustle, I settled myself on the plush, cotton- stuffed chair. Eager to banish my hunger from the kingdom of my mouth. I smeared a scoop of rich butter watching it dissolve and drown into the pillowy pancake. Devouring my first fluffy delight with the sweet honey and syrup enveloped me in a warm orb of sweet satisfaction like an infant in the comfort of her mother's loving embrace. A sudden tingling sensation took over my tongue when I realized I had burnt it in my excitement to gobble down my first mouthful.

In a wonder, My eyes rolled over the gold painted chairs with a matching table, Marble Cabinets glistening with sunlight and various, vibrant fruits resting in the fruit bowl. This was a lovely morning with a wonderful meal.
