It was New Years eve, the worst one known to humanity. “Pitter patter” went the rain as one by one, acidic raindrops fell from the grubby gray, depressing sky. Bodies drowning in pools of blood scattered across the area. A repulsive smell left my nose hair tingling in disgust. Bottles of champagne clanked against each other while rolling on the ground. Step by step as the gritty sand crunched beneath me, I dodged dead bodies, kicking them out of my way like lifeless, worthless pieces of paper. I smiled at the view, my experiment had worked. I was now Wanheda- the soul of the one who takes the most lives. A familiar looking body lay on the ground soaking in blood, it was my mother. I kicked the body out of my way. The salty taste of blood and sweat tasted sweet to me. I licked my lips feeling tempted to plunge my teeth into the bodies lying on the ground.

They looked like dead fish lying in a pool of blood. I fell onto my knees and gently caressed the body of my younger brother, I saw the burns he suffered, I saw the torture he went through. I relived the memory of watching him choke on his own blood, falling onto his knees. It was glorious. I felt the lumpy skin of his knee, half of it burnt off, he whimpered in pain. I brought out my pocket knife and cut small slices into his skin as if his skin were cake, I watched him suffer. “I love you” he whispered, “I don’t” I replied while placing my blood- covered hands onto his neck and squeezing the life out of him. I heard the soft whimpering of the bodies piled upon one another and felt no remorse. Nothing, Nothing will stop me now.
